- When will I receive my order?
You should receive your order within 7-10 business days. Unless ordering with a check through the mail, then it will be 10-14 days.
- Do you ship outside the USA?
No, at the present time we only ship to the contiguous 48 United States.
- What payment options do you offer?
We offer two payment options. You can pay for your purchases through this website by using Mastercard or Visa credit cards. You may also place an order and pay with a check or money order by writing to:

Please be sure to include the description and item numbers of what you would like to order, as well as a complete shipping address and telephone number in case we have any questions about the order. You could do this by printing the "Check Out" page and sending it with your check or money order, or hand write the information on a sheet of paper. Make check or money order payable to "Towels and Bedding Plus". When ordering by mail the expected time to receive your order will be 10-14 business days. A $25 fee will be charged on all checks returned for collection.
- Is my order and personal information secure?
Yes, absolutely. We do not, and never will share your information with third parties. We are not involved with any e-mail exchange, phone or personal information sharing rings. The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.
- If I'm not satisfied with my order can I return it?
Yes, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, your can return it to us in it's "As New" condition within 15 days of purchase for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping the item to you. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges. There will be a 15% restocking fee of the purchase price for returned merchandise. DO NOT return items without emailing us at customerservice@towelsandbeddingplus.com for authorization.
Yes, we will attempt to cancel any unshipped order, provided you notify us within 24 hrs of placing an order. If you want to cancel your order, please e-mail us within the 24 hour period at customerservice@towelsandbeddingplus.com.
- How do I return a product?
Returning unwanted product: If you need to return a product, e-mail us at customerservice@towelsandbeddingplus.com with your order number before returning the item and we will provide return details and the return office address. This is because we have several dispatch depots and need to ensure that your return is delivered to the correct office. There is a 15% restocking fee of the purchase price, for returned merchandise. Return authorization must be obtained prior to returning any item by e-mailing us at customerservice@towelsandbeddingplus.com.
Returning damaged, missing parts, or mistakenly shipped product: If you received damaged, missing parts, or mistakenly shipped product, you must notify us within 48 hours of package delivery. Contact us and we will provide return details. In this case we will refund the cost of the product plus your orginal shipping costs, and we will pay the return shipping when necessary. If you would like a damaged item replaced, we will send you a new one at no extra cost to you.
- Do you quarantee your products?
Yes, we do. We stress high standards of customer care and want to make your shopping experience with us a pleasure. If you should in any way be unhappy with your purchase, we offer a 15 day "Money Back Guarantee", wherein we will refund your order less the postage delivery costs that we have paid in sending the items to you. You will be responsible to pay the shipping cost to return the item to us.
